So I made a mistake when I uploaded Undercover Secretary onto the Zon and ended up leaving in something I forgot to delete. I’ve fixed it now, but to the people who did preorder and anyone who gets it before the update is released, I’m sorry 😱ðŸ˜.
I think I’m going to go die of mortification now.
But in all seriousness, sorry. If you can, just disregard it. The only thing I can do is make sure to do my best and never make the same mistake again.
Wah! Can you guys believe it? Just over 6 weeks and book 2 of the Haasji Settlement Bride Series will be out! Its available for preorder now here if you’d like to pick up a copy.
It comes out May 1, 2020 and I’m super excited!
Her sister had married an alien. It hadn’t even truly registered with Stephanie Delour that Mallory was gone until she found herself locked out of their old home.
She knew that Mallory had scrimped and saved where she could, but with the discovery that her sister had sold herself to an alien for the treatment, Stephanie pushed herself through recovery.
Running off with the money wasn’t an option.Â
So, Stephanie decided to find her sister in order to… Well, she wasn’t entirely sure what she was going to do. She just knew that a life among the stars wasn’t as appealing as it used to be. Not with Mallory’s fate looming over her head.
Not without her beloved big sister by her side.
Qui’da had come to regret not giving his sister-in-law a chance, all because she was a human. And now the entire flock, his family included, had turned their backs on him. Given the option to either lose his wings or work with the humans, he chose the latter.
Losing his wings wasn’t an option.
But forced into close proximity with the wingless rats wasn’t much of one either. Unfortunately for him, he would be forced to work alongside an infuriating woman, while traipsing across the planet to find his old flock.
So I’m dealing with a little conundrum and was hoping I could run the idea past you all. I’ve been working on content for my newsletter and a reader magnet and I can’t decide what you all might want to see/read.
I’m in the process of a contemporary short that I was thinking of making my reader magnet–which for those of you who don’t know is a freebie for those who sign up for the newsletter.
Or would you all rather have a short about my scifi romance series? Is there anything in particular anyone would want to see?

Also, if you haven’t yet checked out my book, its available for purchase on Amazon!
Well I did it! My book, The Alien Chief’s Bargained Bride is live on amazon! I can hardly believe it. This has been my dream since childhood and to think I’m finally getting there.
Soooo, I put my book The Alien Chief’s Bargained Bride up on Booksprout. There are 19 copies left when I last checked, so if you’re interested in getting a free copy of my up and coming debut fiction book, head on over.
You’re unable to snag your copy on booksprout.co you can get it now while it’s on sale for $0.99 on Amazon.
Mallory Delour would do anything for her little sister, Stephanie. So when a genetic disease threatens her sister’s life, Mallory is left with only two options: She can go into crippling medical debt to delay the inevitable, or she can become an alien’s bride with the assurance that Stephanie will receive life-altering gene therapy. For Mallory, the choice is easy…. But for Alek’dar, it isn’t. When the humans approached him, he’d been wary. But, by taking them up on their offer, he can kill two birds with one stone—a bride for him and an alliance with the humans. Happiness hasn’t been factored into their decision but that doesn’t necessarily mean they can’t find it. Unless someone, or something, stands in their way.
I’m so excited about it! I actually recieved my own book as a recommendation from Amazon yesterday. It was kinda weird, but hey! So long as it’s getting out there. 😊
I also just got the cover for the sequel and went ahead and put it on preorder in Amazon!
Her sister had married an alien. It hadn’t even truly registered with Stephanie Delour that Mallory was gone until she found herself standing in front of their old home locked out.
She knew that Mallory had scrimped and saved where she could. But with the discovery that her sister had resorted to selling herself to an alien for enough credits for the treatment, she pushed herself through recovery.
Running off with the money wasn’t an option.

But forced into close proximity with the wingless rats wasn’t much of one either. Unfortunately for him, he would be finding himself forced to work rather closely with an infuriating woman traipsing across the planet to find his old flock.

For those of you who don’t know, I decided to participate in Nanowrimo this year. And I have made some headway but I’m a little bit behind on my word count.
But so long as I’m working at it, that’s what matters. Maybe I’ll get caught back up. Maybe not. But that doesn’t matter so long as I’m writing, right?
I also did a thing today! I finally made my first fiction book available for preorder on amazon!
And just like I promised, here’s the first look at my book cover.
Mallory Delour would do anything for her little sister Stephanie. But with a genetic disease eating away at her sister’s body Mallory is left with only two options. So, I’ve definitely decided to participate in Nanowrimo this year. For those of you who don’t know, Nanowrimo stands for National Novel Writing Month. Your goal: 50k words in the month of November. It’s not easy, but with determination I’m hoping I can achieve it again this year.
If anyone else reading this is participating, feel free to add me as a buddy.
I’ll try to keep you all updated every few days with my progress. I’m going to be working on the second book in a scifi romance series that I’ve been working on the last few weeks. My hopes are that once my word count for the day is reached, I get back to work on the first book but we’ll see.
As for the first book, it has a over 20k so far and is going well. I can’t wait to finally publish it and for you all to be able to read it. When I get closer to publishing it, I’ll even do a cover reveal for you all so you’ll be some of the first ones to see it before it’s live.
What did you want to be when you grew up? An astronaut? Fireman? Doctor? I, and many others of course, wanted to be the next famous best selling author, which obviously still hasn’t happened yet.
Where are you at in the long and arduous journey of following through with your dreams? For myself, I’m not where I would like to be. It doesn’t help that I tend to have dry spells of not writing anything at all.
So far I’ve published a poetry book, A Journey: Still in Progress, but that’s as far as I’ve gotten at the moment. A Journey is about dealing with depression throughout the various phases of life. It is grouped into three sections: Childhood, Marriage, and Motherhood. You can purchase your copy here.
I’m currently working on a couple of fiction novels. Both have single parents falling in love, one after being widowed while the other had been alone since the pregnancy. The first and lengthiest one at 16k words is Kara, followed by The Sweet Room at just 8.5k words. I hope to have these two and one other, The Christmas Bride published by the end of the year.
